Annet Service Assurance

Annet is the service assurance application for all KPN helpdesks. One one hand it discloses the administrative data of customers and the products.  On the other hand it offers support employees a range of online tests and repairs to effectively troubleshoot customer problems.

Plance carried out the following activities for Annet:
